Greece is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful countries in the world, ideal for sailors wanting to immerse themselves in culture, history, and natural beauty. Sailing in Greek waters offers the chance to discover hundreds of islands, diverse landscapes, and picturesque harbours. Each region of Greece has its own unique character, making it a paradise for both beginner and experienced sailors.

The Cyclades – Heart of the Aegean Sea

The Cyclades are the most popular sailing region in Greece, known for their postcard-perfect views: white houses, blue church domes, and the meltemi wind, which provides a challenge for sailors.

• SantoriniThe island impresses with dramatic volcanic cliffs, white houses built into the slopes, and sunsets that are considered among the most beautiful in the world. The ports of Ammoudi and Fira are ideal stops for sailing.
• MykonosThis is an island known for its exclusive beaches, nightclubs, and charming „Little Venice”. Mykonos is a fusion of luxury and tradition.
• Paros and NaxosBoth islands are less crowded, offering beautiful beaches, local tavernas and an authentic atmosphere. The ideal place to relax after intense hours of sailing.
• MiloIt's a paradise island with incredible rock formations and hidden coves. It's worth visiting Sarakiniko beach, which looks like the surface of the moon.

Dodecanese – The Orient's Taste of Greece

This archipelago lies close to the Turkish coast, giving it an Eastern character. It's a place where history intertwines with incredible natural beauty.

• RhodesIt's famous for its well-preserved medieval town and the impressive Palace of the Grand Masters of the Knights of St John. The island also offers charming bays, such as Lindos with its acropolis on the hill.
• CoastIdeal for history enthusiasts. It is home to the Asklepion – an ancient hospital – and beautiful beaches perfect for snorkelling.
• SymiA small, picturesque island with colourful neoclassical-style houses. Symi harbour is one of the most photogenic spots in Greece.
• PatmosThe island on which Saint John wrote the Apocalypse. Here you will find Saint John's Monastery and the cave where he wrote down his visions.

Sporades – The Green Oasis of Greece

The Sporades are the ideal place for sailors looking for calm waters and pristine nature. This archipelago consists of several main islands, which offer unique experiences.

• SkiathosThe most famous island of the Sporades, full of sandy beaches and lush forests. Skiathos Town harbour is a great starting point for further sailing.
• SkopelosThis island gained fame thanks to the film „Mamma Mia!”. It enchants with its mountainous landscapes, hidden bays, and authentic villages.
• AlonissosThis is the centre of the marine national park, where you can encounter monk seals. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and divers.
• SkyrosA less visited island offering calm beaches and traditional Greek life away from the crowds.

The Ionian Islands – Greece's Western Wonder

The Ionian Islands are the green pearls of Greece, attracting tourists with their pristine landscapes and mild climate. They lie on the western side of Greece, close to Italy, which gives them a unique character.

• CorfuKnown for its lush vegetation, Venetian architecture, and beautiful beaches. The port in the island's capital is a great starting point for further sailing.
• KefaloniaThe largest of the Ionian Islands, it is famous for Myrtos beach and the underground Melissani lake. It's the perfect place for relaxation and exploration.
• LefkadaAn island connected by a bridge to the mainland, known for its white cliffs and azure waters. Porto Katsiki is one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece.
• ZakynthosKnown for Navagio Beach, featuring a shipwreck. The island also offers excellent conditions for diving and exploring sea caves.

2. France – elegance on the water

France is not only the world capital of culture and art, but also one of the most diverse sailing regions in Europe. The country's coastlines offer both magnificent landscapes and excellent sailing conditions. Whether you're looking for luxury, adventure or relaxation, the French waterways provide something special.

The Côte d'Azur - A Synonym for Luxury

Also known as the French Riviera, the Côte d'Azur is where sailing meets glamour and sophistication.

• Saint-TropezA small fishing village that has transformed into a luxury mecca. Port Saint-Tropez is full of elegant yachts and restaurants serving exquisite dishes. It's the perfect place to begin a cruise along the coast.
• CannesFamous for its film festival, Cannes offers beautiful beaches and excellent conditions for anchoring. It is worth visiting the Lérins Islands, located nearby, which enchant with their tranquility and pristine nature.
• NiceaThe cultural capital of the French Riviera, where you can admire beautiful architecture, colourful markets, and a picturesque waterfront. Nice's port is a great place to stop and explore the city.

Corsica – Wild Beauty of the Mediterranean

Corsica, known as the „Island of Beauty”, is a place that captivates with its diverse landscapes – from rocky cliffs to pristine beaches and mountain villages.

• BonifacioThe town, located in the south of the island, captivates with its dramatic setting on white cliffs. The port of Bonifacio is one of the most picturesque in the entire Mediterranean Sea.
• AjaccioThe capital of Corsica and the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte. The city offers many historical sites and beautiful beaches, perfect for a moment of relaxation during your cruise.
• Scandola Nature ReserveLocated on the west coast of Corsica, this reserve is a paradise for nature lovers. Here you can see unique rock formations, hidden coves, and rich marine life.

Brittany - The Rugged Beauty of the North Coast

Brittany, with its dramatic cliffs and wild beaches, is a place for sailors seeking adventure and an authentic experience.

• Bay of MorlaixKnown for its numerous islets, lighthouses and picturesque fishing villages. It is a peaceful region, ideal for those who want to avoid the crowds.
• Saint-MaloA city with impressive defensive walls and a historic harbour. From here, you can set off for the island of Mont-Saint-Michel, one of the most extraordinary places in Europe.
• Glénan IslandsOften compared to the Caribbean, these small islands offer turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. They are a paradise for diving and snorkelling enthusiasts.

From the days 4–11 October w Sol Marina in Gdańsk another of our courses took place at Yachtmaster Offshore.
The weather wasn't kind this time – wind, rain, and cold accompanied the participants for almost the entire week. Nobody was under any illusions – this wouldn't be a „gentle” week on the water. The wind really tested the participants, the rain appeared when least expected, and the sky displayed all shades of autumn grey.

And that's exactly why this course was so good.

Under the watchful eye of experienced instructors, they practised harbour manoeuvres, navigation, sail handling and safety elements. Each participant had the opportunity to take the helm, steer the yacht in various conditions and gain valuable practical experience that will undoubtedly pay off during future voyages.

The conditions they had to face were demanding, but incredibly valuable.
Stronger gusts, wet decks, colder mornings and that characteristic dampness in the air made every manoeuvre, every sail drop and every approach to port a top-level learning experience.

It wasn't a „for show” course.
This was a course for those who really want to be able to sail.

For many participants, the greatest experience was night swimming.
The sound of the waves, the wind tugging at the lines, the coolness in the air, and only the gentle navigation lights reflecting on the water. In autumn, the sea has a different character – harsh, serious, but incredibly magnetic.

The course plan also included a longer route: a cruise to Hel.
In October, such a trip takes on a different meaning – the wind forces precise decisions, the rain tests determination, and the waves put patience to the test. But as they passed Hel's harbour, everyone had the same mixture of fatigue, satisfaction, and… pride on their faces. This is the moment when you know you're truly making progress.

It’s been an intense week of learning, collaboration and good fun — with a healthy dose of sea humour and sailing spirit.

In June, we had the pleasure of hosting a truly exceptional cruise in France. The client approached us with an idea: „We want to be at the Cannes Film Festival, but... in a different way. Classy, relaxed, with the sea as a backdrop.”
So, we've got the organisation underway!

We've organised a cruise on a 2025 Bali 4.6 catamaran – a floating villa with 360° views, where coffee tastes better and business conversations happen at sunset, not in a stuffy conference room.

The catamaran was more than just a mode of transport. It was a base. A meeting place. A stage for presentations. A space for relaxation and conversations with partners, all in truly good style. There was room for suits and flip-flops. For morning emails and evening wine. And all of this on board, with the sound of the waves in the background.

🌍 Destinations: Classic French Riviera

The itinerary included ports that combine prestige with a relaxed atmosphere:

• Cogolin Marina – peaceful, elegant, a stone's throw from Saint-Tropez.
• Saint-Raphaël – ideal for a technical pit-stop and a quick lunch on land.
• Cannes – the heart of events. It is there, moored right in the centre, that we created a mobile command centre.

The catamaran was available for guests, partners, and industry acquaintances. People dropped by out of curiosity and stayed for evening conversation and the sunset. Networking? In a natural style.

👔⛵ Business + sea = it works

More and more companies are forgoing conference rooms and instead… hopping on a yacht. And we're not surprised. On board, you can work, discuss projects, present offers – all while relaxing and gaining a completely different perspective.

For us, this isn't our first cruise, but each one is different. Here, we've taken care of every detail: the route, the amenities, the comfort of the client and their guests, and even ensured the prosecco is perfectly chilled 😉
