The Caribbean is synonymous with paradise beaches, turquoise seas, and unforgettable adventures. Our sailing trip on a luxurious Bali 4.8 catamaran was the fulfilment of every sea lover's dreams. We set off from Marina Guadeloupe, La Marina Bas du Fort, from where our exotic odyssey began through the most beautiful corners of the Caribbean.

Guadeloupe – the start of the journey

Our adventure began in Guadeloupe, a butterfly-shaped island that delights with its lush vegetation and a French climate with a tropical twist. After collecting the yacht and making the final preparations, we set sail for more Caribbean gems. Having departed from Guadeloupe, our sailing adventure led us to the picturesque Îles des Saintes. We stopped at the charming island of Le Marigot, where we could admire extraordinary landscapes and feel the true Caribbean atmosphere.

Barbuda – endless beaches and unspoiled nature

A true paradise for wildlife lovers. This sparsely populated island is famous for one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean – Pink Sand Beach, where white sand mixes with pink shell fragments. Barbuda impressed us with its peace, unspoilt nature, and incredibly clear water. It is an ideal place for snorkelling and relaxing in the shade of palm trees.

Antigua – a sailor's mecca and colonial charm

Antigua welcomed us with its nautical atmosphere – it is an island that is a true paradise for sea lovers. We visited English Harbour and historical Nelson's Dockyard, where you can feel the atmosphere of old colonial times. Of course, there had to be time to relax on one of the the famous 365 beaches, because as the residents of Antigua say – „we have a beach for every day of the year!”.

Martinique – French chic and Caribbean climate

Part of France in the heart of the Caribbean. This is where European elegance meets tropical nature. We visited the capital, Fort-de-France, sampled local specialities and the famous rum from the Trois Rivières distillery. Martinique also delighted us with its volcanic landscapes and lush vegetation.

Each day of our journey brought new emotions, unforgettable sights, and adventures. Sailing on board the Bali 4.8, we had full comfort and space to enjoy the sailing and Caribbean sun. The cruise provided us with incredible experiences – from swimming in crystal-clear waters, to meeting local people, to tasting exotic dishes.

Hello, Caribbean! See you on the next sea adventure!

From the days 4–11 October w Sol Marina in Gdańsk another of our courses took place at Yachtmaster Offshore.
The weather wasn't kind this time – wind, rain, and cold accompanied the participants for almost the entire week. Nobody was under any illusions – this wouldn't be a „gentle” week on the water. The wind really tested the participants, the rain appeared when least expected, and the sky displayed all shades of autumn grey.

And that's exactly why this course was so good.

Under the watchful eye of experienced instructors, they practised harbour manoeuvres, navigation, sail handling and safety elements. Each participant had the opportunity to take the helm, steer the yacht in various conditions and gain valuable practical experience that will undoubtedly pay off during future voyages.

The conditions they had to face were demanding, but incredibly valuable.
Stronger gusts, wet decks, colder mornings and that characteristic dampness in the air made every manoeuvre, every sail drop and every approach to port a top-level learning experience.

It wasn't a „for show” course.
This was a course for those who really want to be able to sail.

For many participants, the greatest experience was night swimming.
The sound of the waves, the wind tugging at the lines, the coolness in the air, and only the gentle navigation lights reflecting on the water. In autumn, the sea has a different character – harsh, serious, but incredibly magnetic.

The course plan also included a longer route: a cruise to Hel.
In October, such a trip takes on a different meaning – the wind forces precise decisions, the rain tests determination, and the waves put patience to the test. But as they passed Hel's harbour, everyone had the same mixture of fatigue, satisfaction, and… pride on their faces. This is the moment when you know you're truly making progress.

It’s been an intense week of learning, collaboration and good fun — with a healthy dose of sea humour and sailing spirit.
Congratulations to all participants on their determination and commitment!

Further training sessions will be held in May 2026!
