Qigong • Sun • Energy • Balance

Imagine mornings filled with exercises on deck or the beach as the sun rises over the turquoise sea, each breath synchronised with the rhythm of the waves. A themed Qigong cruise is an invitation to a journey that blends the discovery of exotic destinations with mindfulness and deep relaxation.

Dlaczego Qigong?

Qigong is the art of consciously managing life energy – an ancient Chinese practice with roots stretching back several thousand years BCE. From the outside, it resembles calm, slow physical exercises, but in essence, it is a deep, mindful practice that combines body movement, breath, and thoughts into one harmonious whole.

Qigong integrates the physical, emotional, and inner spheres, regulating the nervous system, restoring balance, and a natural state of peace. This practice has developed in two streams. On the one hand, it supports health, well-being, and regeneration, helping to relax deeply, release tension, and unhealthy thoughts and emotions. On the other hand, it originates from the warrior tradition, teaching stability, concentration, and wise use of one's own energy in action.

This allows Qigong to not only soothe and calm, but also to strengthen efficacy, mindfulness, and the quality of daily functioning.

In natural surroundings, it's easier to slow down, breathe deeper, and truly take care of yourself – your body, mind, and inner balance.

Meet Ewa Lewandowska, who will be your guide in the world of Qigong:

I am a psychologist and have worked for years with people in crisis, particularly in the area of health and in situations involving serious illness. I developed my knowledge and skills under the guidance of outstanding teachers and masters from around the world, including: Herman Muller-Walbrodt, Christina Hall, John Seymour, Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts, Stephen Gilligan, Mariusz Wirga, Susan Pa’iniu Floyd, Marcus Bongard and Francesco Garripoli.

In my work with others, I combine a psychological approach with work on the physical, emotional, and inner development levels. I assist in changing destructive habits and thought patterns, building new, supportive skills, and finding one's own vision for a good, more conscious life. I also place great emphasis on learning regeneration and life energy management, in order to regain balance and inner peace.

In my practice, I use methods best suited to the needs of a given individual or group, including: RTZ, the Simonton Programme, NLP, hypnosis, and bodywork techniques such as MANA LOMI and Lomi Lomi Nui (Hawaiian temple massage).

I've been practising Qigong intensively for several years under the guidance of masters (Marcus Bongard – De Rui system and „Six Healing Sounds”, Francesco Garripoli – Organ Cleansing). For me, Qigong is an incredibly effective way to achieve deep relaxation, inner balance, and to rebuild vital forces, and I happily share this practice with others.

We will visit hidden lagoons, caves and azure bays accessible by kayak or SUP. A place from another world, allowing you to forget yourself and escape the present for a while.
Koh Hong This is a real gem Phang Nga National Park, which offers some of the most pristine landscapes in the Krabi region. The island, whose name means „peace” in Thai, hides a spectacular emerald lagoon within, surrounded on all sides by vertical limestone walls.

James Bond Island, known locally as Khao Phing Kan, an absolute symbol of Thai cinema and nature, who gained worldwide fame thanks to the film „The Man with the Golden Gun”. Her most recognisable feature is Who are you – A 20-metre-high rock spire, which seems to defy the laws of gravity, rising vertically from the emerald depths of the water.

Photographer's paradise: Regardless of the weather, the contrast between the vertical cliffs and the sea surface guarantees photos that look like shots from a high-budget film.

Railay Beach is a true pearl of Krabi province, enchanting with its majestic limestone cliffs rising directly from the turquoise water. Cut off from the mainland, the peninsula is accessible only by boat, lending it the atmosphere of a private, paradise island.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have sailing experience?

No. Experience is not required. The yacht is skippered by a professional captain who ensures safety and navigation. It is up to you to decide the extent to which you want to get involved in steering and handling the yacht. You focus on yoga, relaxation and immersion in a tranquil space. This is your time, with no pressure, no tasks, no responsibilities – just full presence and rest.

I am reporting myself – what is the accommodation like?

This is a standard situation. We select a flatmate from the group of participants, ensuring a suitable match for the double cabin. You can also register as a pair with a friend.

Czym jest „kasa jachtowa”?

This is a communal cash pool collected by the crew at the start of the cruise. It covers the group's shared running expenses: fuel used during the cruise, port mooring fees, and provisions for the yacht (breakfasts, snacks, dinners).

What is the standard for yachts?

We sail on modern yachts. These are fully equipped vessels (kitchen, toilets, showers), ensuring comfort and independence during a week-long cruise.

What's the travel like?

Getting to the marina in Thailand is by your own means. Before departure, we connect crews, which often allows for shared transport from the airport to the marina.

We also offer help and guidance with booking airline, coach, and other tickets for anyone who needs it.

Who are our cruises for?

Our expeditions are for anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable adventure, feel the freedom of sailing, and spend time in a unique atmosphere. The most important thing is a positive attitude and a desire to discover new places.

Do I need to be able to swim to go on a cruise?

No, not being able to swim is not a problem at all! During the cruise, we stop in beautiful, calm bays where those who wish can swim or try snorkelling.

The others can relax on board, sunbathe and enjoy the views. Life jackets are available on every yacht, and for greater comfort and safety, we also recommend bringing a swimming ring, so everyone can fully enjoy the charms of swimming in the turquoise water.

How can I sign up and book a place?

Simply contact us via the form on our website, by email, or by telephone.

Are cruises safe?

Yes. We sail on tested routes, on modern vessels, under the care of experienced skippers.

What if someone gets ill during a cruise?

If necessary, we sail into port or contact local medical assistance.

Every participant on the cruise is insured by us; you always have the right to purchase additional insurance if the basic package provided by the organiser is insufficient for you.

What to pack for a cruise?

A soft bag (not a suitcase), swimwear, a towel, a light jacket, shoes with light soles, sunscreen, a hat, and basic medications.

A detailed list of items to pack, which makes packing easier, will be sent to you before your cruise.

Do you need a visa for Thailand?

Polish citizens do not need a visa to enter Thailand for tourist purposes for up to 30 days. It is sufficient to complete an electronic entry card (immigration form) no later than 3 days before entering Thailand.

We'll go through the whole procedure with you – step by step, so that everything is simple and stress-free.

Is it expensive in Thailand?

The cost of living there is generally lower than in Europe. Street food, local transport and attractions are very affordable.

What money to take – cash or card?

It is best to have a payment card and a small amount of cash for minor expenses.

You can easily withdraw money from ATMs on site.

From the days 4–11 October w Sol Marina in Gdańsk another of our courses took place at Yachtmaster Offshore.
The weather wasn't kind this time – wind, rain, and cold accompanied the participants for almost the entire week. Nobody was under any illusions – this wouldn't be a „gentle” week on the water. The wind really tested the participants, the rain appeared when least expected, and the sky displayed all shades of autumn grey.

And that's exactly why this course was so good.

Under the watchful eye of experienced instructors, they practised harbour manoeuvres, navigation, sail handling and safety elements. Each participant had the opportunity to take the helm, steer the yacht in various conditions and gain valuable practical experience that will undoubtedly pay off during future voyages.

The conditions they had to face were demanding, but incredibly valuable.
Stronger gusts, wet decks, colder mornings and that characteristic dampness in the air made every manoeuvre, every sail drop and every approach to port a top-level learning experience.

It wasn't a „for show” course.
This was a course for those who really want to be able to sail.

For many participants, the greatest experience was night swimming.
The sound of the waves, the wind tugging at the lines, the coolness in the air, and only the gentle navigation lights reflecting on the water. In autumn, the sea has a different character – harsh, serious, but incredibly magnetic.

The course plan also included a longer route: a cruise to Hel.
In October, such a trip takes on a different meaning – the wind forces precise decisions, the rain tests determination, and the waves put patience to the test. But as they passed Hel's harbour, everyone had the same mixture of fatigue, satisfaction, and… pride on their faces. This is the moment when you know you're truly making progress.

It’s been an intense week of learning, collaboration and good fun — with a healthy dose of sea humour and sailing spirit.
Congratulations to all participants on their determination and commitment!

Further training sessions will be held in May 2026!

See you on board!

In June, we had the pleasure of hosting a truly exceptional cruise in France. The client approached us with an idea: „We want to be at the Cannes Film Festival, but... in a different way. Classy, relaxed, with the sea as a backdrop.”
So, we've got the organisation underway!

We've organised a cruise on a 2025 Bali 4.6 catamaran – a floating villa with 360° views, where coffee tastes better and business conversations happen at sunset, not in a stuffy conference room.

Floating office with character

The catamaran was more than just a mode of transport. It was a base. A meeting place. A stage for presentations. A space for relaxation and conversations with partners, all in truly good style. There was room for suits and flip-flops. For morning emails and evening wine. And all of this on board, with the sound of the waves in the background.

🌍 Destinations: Classic French Riviera

The itinerary included ports that combine prestige with a relaxed atmosphere:

  • Cogolin Marina – peaceful, elegant, a stone's throw from Saint-Tropez.
  • Saint-Raphaël – ideal for a technical pit-stop and a quick lunch on land.
  • Cannes – the heart of events. It is there, moored right in the centre, that we created a mobile command centre.

The catamaran was available for guests, partners, and industry acquaintances. People dropped by out of curiosity and stayed for evening conversation and the sunset. Networking? In a natural style.

👔⛵ Business + sea = it works

More and more companies are forgoing conference rooms and instead… hopping on a yacht. And we're not surprised. On board, you can work, discuss projects, present offers – all while relaxing and gaining a completely different perspective.

For us, this isn't our first cruise, but each one is different. Here, we've taken care of every detail: the route, the amenities, the comfort of the client and their guests, and even ensured the prosecco is perfectly chilled 😉

💡 Would you like to repeat this scenario?

If you're considering attending an industry event (but not a boring one), a cruise with clients or your team, or combining business with pleasure, seriously – it works.

We'll organise everything from A to Z: the vessel, route, ports, logistics, local suppliers and on-board service. On top of that, we're flexible, organised and laid back. Because we know that at sea – just like in business – a fair wind, the right crew and a plan that can be changed when a better opportunity arises are what count.
