§1. General Provisions
The regulations define the rules for using the online shop narjesy.pl, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, order fulfilment, payment, withdrawal from the agreement, complaints, and personal data protection.
The regulations constitute a template agreement within the meaning of Article 384 of the Civil Code.
The shop operates in accordance with Polish law, including the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, and GDPR.
§2. Definitions
- Shop – the narjesy.pl internet service operated by the Seller.
- Client – an individual, legal entity or organisational unit placing an order.
- Consumer – an individual making a purchase for a purpose not directly related to their business activities.
- Product – a movable item or service available in the Shop.
- Terms and Conditions – this document.
§3. Terms of Use of the Shop
An internet-connected device and a browser are required to use the Store.
The client is obliged to provide truthful data and not to transmit unlawful content.
§4. Orders and conclusion of contract
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website narjesy.pl.
The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Shop.
The client receives a confirmation at the provided email address.
§5. Prices and Payments
All prices stated in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT).
Available payment methods include traditional bank transfer and electronic payments via Przelewy24, including card payments, BLIK, and instant online transfers.
§6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Poland.
Delivery costs are indicated when placing an order.
Delivery time: 2–5 working days.
§7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal form template is available on the website Cancellation Form.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
§8. Complaints and warranty
Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address: biuro@narejsy.pl.
The seller considers the complaint within 14 days.
The products are covered by a warranty in accordance with the Civil Code.
§9. Personal Data Protection
The data controller is NAREJSY.PL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław.
Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and customer service.
The client has the right to access, rectify, and erase their data.
§10. Final Provisions
The terms and conditions are subject to Polish law.
Disputes shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
