Aims and principles of processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- performance of contracts and orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- handling of complaints and returns (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- carrying out marketing activities (based on consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. tax).
Data recipients
Data can be transmitted:
- with courier companies and payment operators,
- to the IT system operators,
- partners and companies that carry out agreements concluded with the customer with us,
- state organ – in cases provided for by law.
Data retention period
Data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil the contract and as required by law (e.g. tax law).
Data subject rights
Every user has the right to:
- access to your data,
- I apologise,
- Right to be forgotten,
- processing limitations,
- data transfer,
- object to processing,
- filing a complaint with the President of UODO.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the execution of the agreement.
